A-Team Roofing and Construction, a local roofing company based in Vass, NC, was established in 2019 by Juan Vallejo. Juan's journey in the United States began with his residency, leading him to work as a subcontractor at Pope Fort Bragg military base in 2016. There, he gained valuable experience working on diverse projects, including special forces units, commissaries, ranges, and historical buildings.

Simultaneously, Juan worked part-time as a dental assistant in a pediatric dental office, where he honed his leadership and communication skills. These experiences laid a strong foundation for his future entrepreneurial endeavors.

​In 2019, upon becoming a U.S. citizen, Juan made the decision to launch his own roofing business.​ His primary goal was to assist and educate the local community about roofs and the various types of materials available in the industry.

Juan's personality is characterized by his outgoing nature and his love for conversation and meeting new people. He approaches his work with passion and dedication, investing his heart and soul into every project he undertakes.
